Students in grades 6-12 have been competing in a Bible Memory Competition this year.  Each of the grades, competing against the others, were striving to win the championship game on March 24, 2014.  (The 10th graders won the championship in 2013.)  Our students studied a list of 100 verses for several week, and the first round of competition began on Monday, November 4.  This preliminary round of competition was played on a “battleship style” board, and all grades competed simultaneously as they strove to sink as many battleships as possible by quoting various Bible verses from the books of I and II Corinthians.  These "battleship games" were played from 8:30 until 9:10 every Monday morning through February. Our prayer is that God will use this competition for His glory and that He will make strong Christians out of our young people as they hide these portions of His Holy Word in their hearts!

On March 24, the 6th grade went head-to-head with our Senior class and won the 2014 Bible Memory Championship.
